Aim – To enable participants to focus on what they need to do to maximise their personal sales performance.

 

Style of programme – This is a highly motivational and participative programme, full of practical elements that participants can utilise immediately to maximise their performance. Prior to the day, participants complete a Discovery evaluator online. From this we will produce their individual Insights Discovery profile consisting of the Foundation and Effective Selling Chapter. This profile enables participants to identify key elements of their performance where they need to take action to improve results. It is a very valuable and powerful personal development tool. The Foundation Chapter provides detailed information which will enable people to understand and improve their.

Following the session, we will send each person a number of links to online modules which support the programme.
